Brett has served in community mental health and healthcare leadership roles for more than twenty years. He has a diverse background as both a licensed therapist and an MBA in hospital administration. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of a community mental health center, the Chief Operating Officer of a large specialty psychiatric hospital, the Administrative Director of an inpatient psychiatric hospital and the inaugural Executive Director of the Mental Health Collaborative of Indian River County. Also, he has served as a Board Member of a state-wide child mental health policy organization.

 Brett is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidenced-based treatments that best serve people on their recovery journey. Brett prides himself with a long history of rescuing failing programs and organizations. “Being in this field for so many years, I have observed too many unqualified "professionals" delivering treatments that do not help people. I am so excited to join PUR Health and Wellness to help build a facility dedicated to providing individualized care that empowers members to thrive in their recovery journey.”
